TRKD Plus is operated by Jack Towns, doing business as Tomo Haus LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We built TRKD Plus to help you track your personal health and wellness protocols, and we take the privacy of that data seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how it's stored, and your rights regarding your data.

TRKD Plus collects the following categories of information. All of it is provided by you directly, and all of it is used only to operate the app.
When you create an account, we collect:
You may optionally add the following profile details:
All profile fields are optional. Providing them enables features like personalized body diagrams, age-aware displays, and progress tracking. You can edit or remove this information at any time from the in-app Profile page.
TRKD Plus is a personal tracking tool. The core health data you enter includes:
This data is private to your account and is not accessible to other users.
If you choose to connect TRKD Plus to Apple Health, the app can read certain health data from Apple's HealthKit framework so you don't have to enter it by hand. With your permission, we read:
This connection is optional and turned off by default. TRKD Plus requests access through Apple's standard Health permission screen, where you can allow or deny each data type individually. The app works fully without it — if you don't connect Apple Health, nothing changes, and you can enter these measurements yourself as described in section 2.3. You can turn the connection off at any time from within TRKD Plus or in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security → Health.
We read only the two data types listed above, and only to populate your own tracking inside the app. TRKD Plus does not read any other Apple Health data, and it does not write or send any data back to Apple Health.
To improve your experience, the app stores small amounts of data locally on your device:
This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us, except where noted as mirrored to your account (such as your notifications preference).
We use Firebase (a Google Cloud service) to operate the app's backend. As part of providing that service, Firebase's infrastructure may automatically log:
We do not use this data for analytics, marketing, or tracking. It is collected by Firebase's infrastructure for security, abuse prevention, and service delivery, and we do not ingest or analyze it ourselves. Firebase's handling of this data is governed by Google's privacy policy.
We do not use Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, or any other analytics product.
For clarity, TRKD Plus does not collect:
We use the information you provide solely to:
We do not use your data to serve advertisements, build profiles for marketing, sell or rent to third parties, train machine-learning models, share with data brokers, or track you across other apps or websites.
Apple Health data. Any data we read from Apple Health is used for one purpose only: to populate your own logs and progress tracking inside the app, exactly as if you had entered it yourself. We never use Apple Health data for advertising, marketing, or data-mining, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models — whether that data stays on your device or is stored in your account.
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
We use Firebase (Google Cloud) as our backend platform. Firebase acts as a data processor on our behalf, providing authentication, database, and file storage services. Your data is stored in Firebase under your account and is not accessible to other Firebase customers or to Google for independent purposes. Google's processing is subject to its own privacy and data processing terms, which you can review at Google Cloud's Data Processing Addendum.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.
If Tomo Haus LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you by email and/or a prominent notice in the app before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Data we read from Apple Health is treated the same as any other health data you track: it is stored in your personal Firebase account (see section 5.1) so it is available across your devices and included in your own progress history. Weight and body fat read from Apple Health flow only into your private account — we do not send it anywhere else.
We never share data read from Apple Health with third parties without your consent. It is not sold, not shared with advertisers or data brokers, and not disclosed to anyone else, except in the limited legal circumstances described in section 5.2 that apply to all account data.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account through the in-app Delete Account option (available in your Profile), we delete your account record, profile data, compound and dose logs, journal entries, biometric logs, weight logs, and progress photos from Firestore and Firebase Storage.
Certain technical logs retained by Firebase (such as authentication logs) may persist for a limited period in accordance with Firebase's standard retention practices, but are not used by us for any purpose beyond security and service integrity.
From within the app's Profile page, you can:
